    You need 20% down to buy a home."

    Not true. There are programs at 3%, 3.5%, and even zero down — depending on your situation, eligibility, and loan type. You likely have more options than you've been told.

    Down payment depends on your specific profile and loan type.

    We look at what's actually available to you. That number may be smaller than expected — and we'll know quickly, so you can plan accordingly.

    "My credit score has to be perfect to qualify."

    Credit scores matter, but they're one piece. Lenders look at the full file — income, reserves, history, and loan type. Imperfect credit doesn't mean no loan.
